Honey . . .

Do you have any idea how it makes me smile hearing your voice? Every yawn and whisper makes my day complete even before it started?

Do you have any idea that every time my phone rings I stop everything just to run to my phone and when I can’t answer your messages because of work, you never left my mind, thinking if my Honey is texting right now and worried if you’ll make tampo?

Do you have any idea how it makes me sad if I don’t receive calls and replies from you? That I just look at my phone and wait till it beeps. And there’s this one time I almost throw my phone off the hard wall because I was so surprised it just suddenly buzz in my hand when I was about to doze off?

Do you have any idea how eager I am to look forward to every morning and every night not only to talk to you but also for the “buh-byes”, “talk to you later” and then look at your pictures on my I-pod to kiss them good night and good morning?

Do you have any idea how you make me gigols everytime you talk to my sister and closest friends? Same manner with everytime I talk to your friends and to your Mom even if I’m getting tongue tied most of the time?

Galing pa tong mga to sa sinaunang photo album, nyahaha! Actually madami yan, pero yan yung mga peborit ko. Sumakit tyan ko tsaka panga ko nung nakita ko lahat. Parang evolution eh, hahaha. Hindi ko na ipopost yung iba pa, baka may manguha kasi tapos gawin pang scandal. Mahirap na, hahaha.

It’s overwhelming, when someone so young and full of life, dies and goes just like that. And saddening , realizing that we can never see them again.

I’ve met Kim months months ago when Ice was confined at East Medical Center because of her bleeding disorder. She was in the same hospital but with a different case. She had leukemia. Everytime Ice and I talk, she always tells me about this cute little girl. How Kim serves as an inspiration because inspite of her situation, she remained as joyful and if only her physical appearances were disregarded, noone could ever thought that she was dying. What I most remember about her was her eagerness to borrow Ice’s Staedtler pens to do some drawings that only her can understand, hehe.

We’re not that close but I felt sad when Ice told me the sad news. Kim passed away at six in the morning today. I am sure her parents will be submerged into deep sorrows and seemingly endless mournings. Hope time will heal the pain in their hearts.
